Soft Oil RL-600

PROPERTY:
Appearance: light yellow liquid
Component: fatty amide quaternary compound
Active content: 90%

Ionicity: weak cationic 

CHARACTER: 

1. It imparts fibers and fabrics good soft and lubricative handle.

2. It is hydrophilic and has good absorbility of fibers and fabrics. 
3. It is low-foaming.
4. It can easily dissolve in cold and hot water.
     
DISSOLVED METHOD:
Add soft oil for cotton RL-600 at 6-10% proportion into water under 30°C gradually,stirring for 30-60 minutes till dissolve completely liking symmetrical emulsion for standby.
                                                             
APPLICATION:
1. Dip padding method: Add soft oil 2-3g per liter of water at temperature 30-40 celsius degree,process fabrics twice extraction and immersion or once extraction and immersion.
2. Immersion method: Add soft oil 0.3-0.8%(O.W.F) into bath ration:1:10-15 at temperature 40-50℃ for 15-30minutes.
 
PACKAGE AND STORAGE:
200KG/plastic barrel;
Keep in cool and dry place, sealed storage for six months.
